Funeral services for Mrs. Emily Alice King Miller (1887-1965), 77, who died Saturday afternoon at her home in Crescent City following a heart attack, were held this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel of the Clayton Frank Funeral Home, Crescent City. Rev. John Hall, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Crescent city, officiated, and interment followed in the family plot in the Seville cemetery.
Mrs. Miller, a native of Myrtle Beach, S.C. had been a resident of Crescent City since 1912.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Dessie Odell Miller Braddock, Crescent City, Mrs. Eula Eberhardt, Long Beach, Calif; three sisters, Mrs. Wilfred (Rebecca Caledonia King) Mew, Crescent City, Mrs. S. S. (Matilda Havanna King Owens, Jacksonville, and Miss Lucy Ann King, Palatka. Five grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive.
