LIFE RESIDENT OF SEVILLE DIES

Mrs. Ruth Cowart Murphy, 64, of Seville, died Sunday at Alachua General Hospital, Gainesville where she had been a patient for the past four weeks.

Born in Daytona Beach on February 5, 1903 and a life resident of Seville, Mrs. Murphy was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Cowart. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church, Seville.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Ralph Becker of High Springs; three grandchildren; five brothers; Major Cowart, Herbert Cowart and Cecil Cowart, all of Seville; Emory Cowart of Dunnellon and Odis Cowart of Center Hill; and one sister, Mrs. Maude McCutcheon of Leesburg.

Services at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Trinity Methodist Church, Seville; burial at the Seville Cemetery.

Active pallbearers: M. C. Coleman, Woody Coleman, Bob Jones, Claude Yelvington, Oliver Cowart and Tom Murphy.

Honorary pallbearers: Alton Robinson, Albert Murphy, Dave Murphy, W. E. Bolin, Bill Pilcher and Ed Peterson.
