Ava Martha Ann Prevatt, 93, of Seville, died Tuesday night at West Volusia Memorial Hospital following a long illness.

Mrs. Prevatt moved from her native town of Baxley, Ga., to Seville 73 years ago. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Seville.

She is survived by her son, Floyd Prevatt of Crescent City; two daughters, Vera Miles of Seville and Alva Truitt of Orange Park; two sisters, Essie Brownly of Seville and Versie Aldridge of Baxley; 18 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Seville First Baptist Church.

Clayton Frank and Sons Funeral Home of Crescent is in charge.

 

PREVATT, AVA MARTHA ANN – Funeral services for Ava Martha Ann Prevatt, 93, of Seville, who died Tuesday night at West Volusia Memorial Hospital following a long illness, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church of Seville, with the Rev. James Curry, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the Seville Cemetery.

Born in Baxley, Ga., Mrs. Prevatt moved from her native town to Seville 73 years ago. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Seville.
