FLORENCE PREVATT

Florence F. Prevatt, 80, 134 Raulerson Road, Seville, died Feb. 17 at her home.

Born in White Springs, she moved to Seville 58 years ago from Sanford. Mrs. Prevatt was co-owner and operator of Prevatt’s Flower Shop in Seville and she was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church there.

Survivors include her husband Erik Prevatt of Seville; one son, Douglas Erik Prevatt of Seville; one daughter, Norma Jones of Pierson; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Sunday with Allen-Summerhill, DeLand, in charge.

 

PREVATT, FLORENCE F. – Funeral services for Florence F. Prevatt, who died Friday, February 17, 1989, will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday at the Trinity Methodist Church, Seville, with Rev. John Pennington and Rev. Lin Osborne officiating.

Survivors include husband, Erik William Prevatt; one son, Douglas Eric Prevatt, Seville; one daughter, Norman Jones, Pierson; 3 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Mrs. Prevatt was born in What Springs and moved to Seville 58 years ago from Sanford. She and her husband owned and operated Prevatt’s Flower Shop in Seville. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Active pallbearers will be James Robinson, Jim Register, Robert Nolan, Charlie Rivers, Vernon Gamble and Durwood Creel.

Honorary pallbearers will be Pasco Cade, James Prevatt, Jimmy Taylor, Emory Smith, Charles Prevatt and Freeman Greenlund.

Burial will be in Seville Cemetery, Seville. Friends may call from 2-8 Sunday at Allen-Summerhill.
