Morgan Lee Waters, 67, Seville, died Thursday morning while on a trip to Tomaston, Ga.

He lived in Seville for 35 years and was a retired marine engineer who served with the Merchant Marine during World War II.

Mr. Waters was a member of Lake Lodge 72, F & AM, of Crescent City.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie Waters, Seville; one son, Larry Waters, Seville; two step-daughters, Mrs. Connie Harden, Oakville, Ontario, Canada and Mrs. Sally Ann Willis, Orange Park; three sisters, Mrs. Lela Masingile, Barnsville, Ga.; Mrs. Alma Buford, Selmer, Tenn. and Mrs, Helen Brannon, Meansville, Ga. and six grandchildren.

Clayton Frank and Sons Funeral Home, Crescent City, is in charge of arrangements.

 

WATERS, MORGAN LEE – Funeral services for Mr. Morgan Lee Waters, 67, who died Thursday, will be a 3 p.m. Sunday in First Baptist Church, Seville, with the Rev. Murray Teuton and the Rev. Hugh Hawkins officiating. Interment will follow in Seville Cemetery with graveside services performed by Lake Lodge 72.

Survivors include his wife, Marie Waters, Seville; one son, Larry Waters, Seville; two step-daughters, Mrs. Connie Harden, Oakville, Ontario, Canada and Mrs. Sally Ann Willis, Orange Park; three sisters, Mrs. Lela Masingile, Barnsville, Ga.; Mrs. Alma Buford, Selmer, Tenn. and Mrs. Helen Brannon, Meansville, Ga. and six grandchildren.

Mr. Waters was a member of Lake Lodge 72, F & AM of Crescent City.
