PALM COAST -- Mary R. Anton, 87, of Flamingo Drive, a retired registered nurse for the Hudson County (N.Y.) Board of Education, died Friday at home. 

Mrs. Anton came here in 1976 from her native Jersey City, N.J. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. 

Survivors include two stepsons, Charles, Hilton Head, S.C., and Joseph, Houston; a stepdaughter, Rose Cancro, Goose Creek, S.C.; a sister, Rose Colasurdo, Palm Coast; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great- grandchildren.

Craig, Flagler Beach, is in charge.
