Bradford A. Bowen, 84, 17 N. 3rd St., Flagler Beach, passed away Friday, June 16 at 2:00 a. m. at the Bunnell General Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born in Dighton, Mass., he moved to Flagler Beach 17 years ago from Quincy, Mass. He was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Catherine; three daughters, Miss Gail Bowen, Los Angeles, Calf; Mrs. Art Johnson, Japan; Mrs. Paul Bennett, Quincy, Mass.; Five sons, Paul, Sharon, Mass.; Bradford, Jr., Bingham, Mass.; Wilbur, East Braintree, Mass.; Stanley, Quincy, Mass.; and William, Berkley, Calif.; Twenty grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Mass was held Tuesday at 10:00 a. m. at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, Bunnell. The Rev. Father Diego Canassa officiated. Interment followed at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Korona.
Pallbearers were George Wickline, George M. Moody, Elmer Slaugh, Tony Kahlert and R. L. McNab.
