Thursday, May 25, 1967Thomas Francis Carmody, 57, Flagler Beach, passed away Wednesday morning at 12:30 a.m. at the Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine after a lengthy illness.
Born in Trenton, New Jersey, Mr. Carmody moved to Flagler Beach 20 years ago from Trenton. He owned and operated the Sand Bar. He was a member of tile Flagler Beach Catholic Chapel, the Knights of Columbus Bishop Verot Assembly 611 of St. Augustine, and The Holy Name Society.
Rosary will be held at the Craig Funeral Home in Bunnell at 8:00 p.m. Friday Mass will be held from St. Mary's Church in Korona, Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Korona.
He is survived by his wife Ferne; a son, Timothy; his mother, Mrs. Katherine Carmody, Trenton, N.J. and two sisters, Mary Carmody and Helen Carmody both of Trenton, N.J.
Craig Funeral Home of 'Bunnell is in charge of arrangements.
