DAYTONA BEACH SHORES - Alicia I. Conklin, 84, of South Atlantic Avenue, who started the RV Club of Palm Coast with her late husband, died Sunday at home. 

Mrs. Conklin, a homemaker, was born in Queens, N.Y., and moved to this area in 1979 from Douglaston, N.Y. She attended Church of the Epiphany, Port Orange. Mrs. Conklin was very involved with the Halifax Humane Society and the Girls Scout. She enjoyed camping, tennis and cooking. 

Survivors include a daughter, Alicia Conklin, New York City; a brother, Edward Knott Jr., Williston; and a grandchild. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129; or to Church of the Epiphany, 201 Lafayette St., Port Orange, FL 32127.
