August 3, 1935 - February 17, 2023



Loretta Ann Holms passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023.  Loretta was 87 and left behind her loving spouse of 63 years, Edward James Holmes.

 She is predeceased by her parents, Frank and Lillian Palisieski of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, her sister, Phyllis E. Murphy of Ft Wayne, and her daughter Diane A. Holmes.

Loretta is survived by her husband, Edward; her children, William E. Holmes, and Laura Homes-Ort of Palm Coast, FL, and Cindy Babyak of Montauk, NY; her sister, Francis Braun, Ft Wayne, IN; five grandchildren, Douglas Babyak, Dayleane Babyak, and Wayne Babyak whom all live on the west coast of Florida, George Schlauch of Bethpage, NY, Zachary Ort of Palm Coast, FL;  10 great grandchildren, Waylon, Scarlet, Cheer, Valerie, Walt, Bruce, Lila, Stella, Rosie, Nolan.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Loretta will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 11 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast, FL.

Visitation for Loretta will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, from 10 AM to 11 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

Interment will take place on Thursday, March 2, 2023, in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Bunnell following the service.
