PALM COAST - Valerie D. Kurch, 84, of Reston Place, a resident since 1975; died Monday at Good Samaritan Assisted Living Facility. 

Mrs. Kurch was born in Chicago and moved to this area from Parma, Ohio. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the Polonia Society.

Survivors include Robert and Dorota Wielgus, Palm Coast, both of whom provided for her care.
