PALM COAST -- Juanita F. Nepomuceno, 91, of Wellington Drive, a teacher in Catholic and public schools until retiring, died Sunday at an assisted living facility in Palm Coast. 

Mrs. Nepomuceno was born in the Philippines and moved here in 1987 from Chicago. She graduated from the National Teachers College and the Philippines Natural School, earned her master's degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and attended Good Shepherd Convent. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, where she was a choir singer and Eucharistic minister; the Perpetual Adoration Society of the Blessed Sacrament; the Third Order of Our Lady of Mount Carmel; and the Fraternity of the Blessed Trinity, Chicago, as a founder. 

Survivors include two sisters, Victoria Nepomuceno and Encarnacion Javier, both of Palm Coast; and a brother, Cesar, North Beach, Ill.
