Anna Julia Novak passed away on September 15, 2009 at the Coquina Center. A celebration of her life will be held Friday, September 25 at 4:00 p.m. at the Hammock Baptist Church.
Ann was born November 11, 1916 in Brooklyn, NY. She moved to the Hammock in 1948 and was the owner/operator of Motel Dolores and Restaurant until her retirement in 1972. Ann was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Stanley Novak.
She is survived by her daughter, Dolores Schatz; granddaughter, Lorraine Schatz; and greatgranddaughter, Anna Jazmin Herrick, all residents of the Hammock.
