CRAIG FUNERAL HOME – On Line Obit Flagler Beach, Florida Friday, April 2, 2010 Giovanna Scarcella Funeral services for Giovanna Scarcella, 81 of Palm Coast will be held on Monday, April 5, at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach.  Her family will receive friends on Monday from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the Funeral Home.   Graveside services and burial will be held on Tuesday at 9:00 AM in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Korona FL.   Mrs. Scarcella, a resident of Palm Coast since 1986 coming Brooklyn NY, passed away on Thursday April 1, 2010 in the Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, Ormond Beach FL.   She was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.  A homemaker, Mrs. Scarcella, enjoyed cooking and spending time with her children, grandchildren and family.  She is survived by four daughters, Lucia Impastato of Italy, Castrenza Diliberti  and Anna D’Angelo, both of Palm Coast, and Josephine L’Heurex of N C, five sons, Nick Scarcella of NY, Peter Scarcella of Ft. Lauderdale FL, Ben Scarcella of OH, John Scarcella and Philip Scarcella both of Palm Coast, twenty grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  The family suggests memorial contributions be made of the American Heart Association in memory of Mrs. Scarcella.  Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
