Edward F. Schultz, 60, 208 North 2nd Street, Flagler Beach, passed away Friday at Bunnell General Hospital.

He was born in Racine, Wisconsin and moved to Flagler County 57 years ago. He was a painter at Daytona Beach Boatyard. He was a charter member of Flagler Beach Lions Club and a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church, Bunnell.

Survivors include his wife, Mary, Flagler Beach; a son, Edward L. Schultz, Jacksonville, N. C.; four sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Fish, Palm Beach; Mrs. Dorothy Wren, Mrs. Julia Short, both of Daytona Beach; and Mrs. Eva Wiser, Gainesville; two brothers, George Bowers, St. Johns Park; Louis Schultz, Deary, Idaho; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral Mass was held Monday at 10:00 a. m. at St. Stephens Catholic Church, Bunnell, with the Rev Fr. Antonio Leon, officiating. Interment was at St. Mary's Cemetery, Korona.

Active pallbearers were Lee Drazba, David Burnsed, Milton Pellicer, Jimmy Field, Fritz Bowers and Floyd Gossell. Honorary pallbearers were Bill Burnsed, William Shropshire, Edwin Irwin, Charles Rockett, Leroy Bowers, Roy Dykstra, Bill Heckman, August Flathmann and Charles Wendlandt.

Craig Funeral Home, Bunnell, was in charge.
