A Funeral Mass celebrating the life of Leo Anthony Slovak, 81, of Bunnell, FL will be held on Tuesday, March 13 at 11:00 AM in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Korona FL. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the mass at St. Mary's Church. Burial with Military Honors will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Korona.

Mr. Slovak passed away peacefully on Friday, March 9, 2018 at the Emory L. Bennett Memorial Nursing Home, Daytona Beach FL. He was born on January 18, 1937 in Daytona Beach a son of the late Jerry and Antoinette Letak Slovak.

Mr. Slovak was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and a veteran serving in the US Army. Upon his discharge, he returned to Korona where he resided for many years.

Surviving are his brothers, Joseph Slovak of Texas, Paul Slovak and his wife Mary of NY, John Slovak and his wife Jean of Bunnell, Thomas Slovak and his wife Bonnie of Melbourne Beach, FL, Gerard Slovak and his wife Mary Page of Korona, and Cyril Slovak of Melbourne, FL, his sisters, Miriam and her husband Joseph Criscione of Melbourne, FL, Barbara Clague of NY and Theresa and her husband Kahlid Awan of VA, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Emory L. Bennett Memorial Veterans Nursing Home, Daytona Beach or St. Mary's Catholic Church, Korona FL.
