Adam James Webb, age 37, of Palm Coast, Florida passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Adam was born May 5, 1984.

A visitation for Adam will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Craig Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach, Florida 32136.

A visitation will occur Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast, Florida 32174. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast, Florida 32174.

An interment will occur Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 1:45 PM at St. Mary's Cemetery, Korona, FL.

It is with a broken heart that I tell you that Adam passed away on September 1st, 2021 in Palm Coast, Florida with his wife by his side and his loved ones lifting him with love and prayer to our Lord. Adam was a lifelong Christian. One of the earliest conversations we had were about beliefs, and Adam boldly and firmly told me he was willing to die for his belief that Jesus Christ was our Lord and Savior. He attended Calvary Christian Academy in Ormond Beach, Florida from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Adam did very well in school and enjoyed playing French horn and soccer with his classmates. After school he and his friends enjoyed watching movies, playing video games and playing with transformers, ninja turtles and Star Wars toys. Adam still has many friends from Calvary. I have had the pleasure of meeting many of them at weddings, house parties and their ten-year class reunion.

Adam attended Daytona State College and earned his Associate of Arts in 2005 and his Law Enforcement Certification in 2011. While attending college Adam worked at Best Buy and AT&T; 1st in Ormond Beach and then in Palm Coast.

Adam became a member of the Daytona Beach Police Department in 2012 and worked as a Police Officer in Prisoner Transport, Patrol and as a Field Training Officer. Adam earned multiple commendations from the Daytona Beach Police Department including a Unit Citation, Community Service Award, the Chief’s Award and two Medals of Merit. Adam’s favorite parts of his time with the Daytona Beach Police Department were training new officers, solving problems and most of all knowing the great people he worked with night and day that had his six. Adam made many wonderful friendships while working for the department.

While working at AT&T Adam met his wife Colleen. We went from friends to soulmates. Ours was a beautiful love unmatched throughout time. We were married on September 29th, 2017 surrounded by friends and family. Our relationship was built on a foundation of friendship and respect. We built a life filled with fun and romance that was guided by our faith and our selfless love for one another. We have two beautiful husky dogs named Malgus and Enzo who already miss him dearly. Adam was really great with animals and loved dogs.

Adam valued his wonderful family all of his life, both the family he was blessed to be born into and the family he created through the friendships he forged over the years. Adam had a lot of depth and layers to his personality. Adam loved to dance. He and his wife learned to ballroom dance and would seek out places in their travels to dance together. Adam loved to go on adventures, from hiking mountains and the Cliffs of Moher, seeking out waterfalls, cruising, learning to fly small planes, swimming with dolphins, bounding through Disney World as Star Wars characters or Mary Poppins and Bert, and water jet packing though the sky.

Adam also loved to go on adventures from home into the worlds of Hyrule, Azeroth, the Mushroom Kingdom, Hogwarts, the Marvel Universe, Tatooine, Endor, Coruscant, Mustafar, Corellia, and Exandria to name a few. Adam loved video games and movies and loved to enjoy them with friends. Adam was a great storyteller. He loved D&D and wrote stories and created worlds for his friends and family to explore and play in. He also had a podcast with his best friend and had started exploring the world of voice acting. Adam loved to sit and tell stories around bonfires and dinner tables, regaling all with tales from stealing a rental car in Ireland to outlandish police work stories. As great of a story teller as Adam was, he was an even better listener. He earned the nickname “voice of reason” and was always good to talk to, get advice from and lean on. Adam was a strong, kind, funny, smart, creative and amazing man.

Adam’s life was cut tragically short due to coronavirus complications, under the care of a team that did absolutely everything they could to keep his sweet soul with us. Our loss is heaven’s gain, as he is now in his eternal home with the Lord.

Adam is survived by his loving wife Colleen Webb and their pups Malgus and Enzo, his mother Pamela Webb, his sister and brother Jenifer Canas and Tito Canas, his grandmother Debbie Colancheck as well as his aunts, uncles, grand aunts, grand uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, guild, many wonderful friends and his brothers and sisters in blue. Adam touched so many lives in so many ways and will be greatly missed by all.

Adam is now in a galaxy far, far away and would tell you, “Death is a natural part of life. Rejoice for those around you who transform into the force. May the Force Be With You.”
