White Plains, NYWEIGOLD, LORRAINE R. - Lorraine R. Weigold, age 81, beloved mother, grandmother, wife, and friend, died Tuesday, September 25, in Gainesville, FL surrounded by her family.
Lorraine was born in Ansonia, CT, the third child and oldest daughter of John and Regina Doyle. Lorraine was happily married to Frederick W. Weigold from 1957 until his death in 2002. They lived and raised a family in New City, New York for 29 years before moving to Palm Coast, Florida in 1991.
Lorraine is survived by her children, Michael Weigold of Gainesville, FL, Peter Weigold of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Regina McGrade of Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, and Donna Rowlinson of Great River, NY and six beloved grandchildren.
Funeral mass will be at St. Elizabeth Anne Seton Catholic Church, 600 Belle Terre Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL on Tuesday, October 2, at 10:30 am.
Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.
